Sometimes, you may want to absorb the booking fees from your events, so that your guests don’t have to pay extra. If this is the case, when you set up your event you can simply check the ‘Include booking fee in price’ checkbox on the ‘add event’ page

The booking fee will be exactly the same, but instead of being itemised at checkout, it’ll be included in the total and subtracted from the funds we send you.

If you choose this option, please be sure to use the price calculator so you know how much you’ll receive back and that you have enough to cover your costs etc.
