The Ticketlab Admissions App is an integral part of the Ticketlab ecosystem, created to offer a hassle-free way to verify ticket holders and manage event entry with ease. Event Organiser

As an Event Organiser, you have full control over your events and the door staff logins. Here’s how you can maximise the use of the Ticketlab Admissions App:

  • Creating Staff Logins: Easily set up access for your door staff by assigning them a unique name and PIN. This ensures that each staff member has the necessary permissions to manage admissions for your event.
  • Event Oversight: View real-time data on attendee check-ins and manage access control as attendees arrive at your event.

Door Staff

Door staff are essential for the smooth operation of event entry. With the Ticketlab Admissions App, you can:

  • Check-in Attendees: Confirm the arrival of guests by checking the box next to their name or by scanning their ticket QR code.
  • Attendee Verification: Use the attendee’s ticket code to pull up their details and verify their access if the scanner is not functioning.

System Requirements

The Ticketlab Admissions App is a React web application compatible with any standard web browser. Whether you’re using a mobile device, desktop, or tablet, our app is designed to work seamlessly across all platforms.

Login Instructions

  2. Select the appropriate login tab: ‘Organiser’ or ‘Staff’.
  3. Enter your Ticketlab credentials or the name and PIN provided by your Event Organiser.
  4. Once logged in, you’ll have access to all the features pertinent to your role.

 

Navigating the App

Viewing Event Lists and Attendees – “Allocations”

  • Event Lists: Under the “Allocations” menu item, you can get a snapshot of all your upcoming events, including details such as the event name, date, time, ticket price, and the number of tickets sold.
  • Event Attendees: Select an event to view a list of attendees, their ticket codes, and check-in status.
  • Manual Check-In: Locate the attendee’s name on the list and tick the checkbox to mark them as present, or search for their name or ticket code from the input field to quickly find them.

Admissions and Check-In – “Scan”

  • QR Code Scanning: Use your device’s camera to scan the QR code on the attendee’s ticket, which will bring up their details for verification.
  • Ticket Code Entry: If the scanner is unavailable, manually enter the ticket code to retrieve the attendee’s information.

DOWNLOADING DATA

  • It’s only possible to download data as a logged in event organiser so far.
  • Data is in in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format. This is compatible with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and any other good spreadsheet management software.
  • To download event data, navigate to the event (in Past or Upcoming events). Once on the event admission list, there’s a Download CSV button on the right above the guest list.
