Sometimes you may want to absorb the booking fee for your event, so your guests don’t pay extra. You can choose this when you set up your event, or later in the edit drawer under Tickets & sales, then Pricing & fees: Include Ticketlab booking fees in the displayed price. You can’t change it once tickets have been sold.
The booking fee will be exactly the same, but instead of being itemised at checkout, it’ll be included in the total and subtracted from the funds we send you.
If you choose this option, please use the price calculator so you know how much you’ll receive and that you have enough to cover your costs.
