Yes, it’s possible to group multiple related events onto one page so your guests can choose different ticket types, dates, or sessions in a single checkout.
An event series is a single public page that displays selected events together.
This is useful when you want to:
- offer multiple ticket types as separate events (for example Adult, Child, VIP)
- group repeat sessions of the same show
- share one link for a collection of related events
When should I use an event series?
Use an event series when you want to hand-pick which events appear together on one page.
If you want all your events to appear automatically, use your company events page instead.
How it works
- Create each ticket type/session as its own event.
- Go to your dashboard and open the Series tab.
- Select Add new series page.
- Enter a clear series name (for example “My Amazing Event – All Tickets”).
- Open the series and use Edit to choose which events belong in that series.
- Save changes and share the series URL with your guests.
Your guests can then pick quantities across the listed events and complete checkout in one transaction.
Tips for best results
- Keep event names consistent so ticket types are easy to compare.
- Use clear labels such as “Adult ticket”, “Child ticket”, “Early bird”, “Friday session”.
- Check your series page before sharing to confirm the right events are included.
- Remove old events from the series once they are no longer relevant.
