Before your event takes place you may want to check the venue has a wireless internet connection as this will impact which method will work best for confirming and admitting your guests.
You have three options for validating tickets on the door, if there’s sufficient internet you can use the online allocation list or QR code options described below. Don’t worry if there isn’t an internet connection at your venue, scroll down to read how to welcome your guests in this situation.
You can use Ticketlab’s technology to confirm and admit guests to your event. If you have a smartphone or device you can log into your Ticketlab account and view all of your ticketed guests as well as any offline sales, guestlist or complimentary tickets (if you have any).
N.B. It’s your responsibility to confirm the identity of the ticket holder as that attributed to the ticket on the Allocation List, and that the reference code matches. In this way you can minimise the possibility of multiple tickets being printed or forged. All disputes that may arise or occur at the event must be resolved by you, the event organiser.

We suggest you familiarise yourself with the QR reader on your smartphone.

If you know you won’t be able to access a computer and/or an internet connection at the venue, you can still print out the admission and guest lists.
