Introduction

Need to sell tickets directly at a box office or another physical location? Our “Printing tickets for offline sale” feature makes it easy to generate printable tickets that you can distribute and scan for entry.

Process

  1. Access the Feature:

    • Go to your Allocation List.
    • At the top, click “Print tickets for offline sale.”
  2. Create a Ticket Series:

    • In the dialog titled “Create a series of printable tickets for offline sale,” enter the desired quantity of tickets.
    • Specify the vendor (where or who is selling the tickets).
    • Click “Create.”
  3. Print the Tickets:

    • Locate the newly created series in your Allocation List.
    • Click “Print” next to the series.
    • Use the File -> Print… option to send the tickets to your printer or save them as a PDF.

Tips for Printing

  • For optimal results, we recommend using the Chrome web browser.
  • Under “More Settings,” set Scale to “Customised” and adjust the percentage until all tickets fit on the page without spanning multiple pages.

Security Measures

  • Each ticket has a unique code and a security QR code.
  • These codes prevent ticket fraud and ensure that a ticket can only be scanned once.
  • Only the event organiser can create printable tickets, and each series is allocated to a specific vendor for tracking purposes.

Reprinting Tickets

  • If a ticket is lost or damaged, you can reprint it.
  • However, if your door staff are marking guests as “admitted” on arrival, a given ticket can only be scanned once.

By following these steps and adhering to the security measures, you can effectively print and distribute tickets for offline sale.
