-
Print the Tickets:
- Locate the newly created series in your Allocation List.
- Click “Print” next to the series.
- Use the File -> Print… option to send the tickets to your printer or save them as a PDF.
Tips for Printing
- For optimal results, we recommend using the Chrome web browser.
- Under “More Settings,” set Scale to “Customised” and adjust the percentage until all tickets fit on the page without spanning multiple pages.
Security Measures
- Each ticket has a unique code and a security QR code.
- These codes prevent ticket fraud and ensure that a ticket can only be scanned once.
- Only the event organiser can create printable tickets, and each series is allocated to a specific vendor for tracking purposes.
Reprinting Tickets
- If a ticket is lost or damaged, you can reprint it.
- However, if your door staff are marking guests as “admitted” on arrival, a given ticket can only be scanned once.
By following these steps and adhering to the security measures, you can effectively print and distribute tickets for offline sale.
